You can read Mark’s Time Test column each week in the Racing & Football Outlook, the sport’s best selling weekly newspaper published every Tuesday. In addition to a review of the speed ratings for the past week, there’s a look ahead at the forthcoming action, plus ratings for most races Tuesday-Friday.
